I went out for dinner on the first day of my stay in Rome. The location of the restaurant was easy to find, and even with my limited English, the staff were very helpful in explaining the wines and dishes, allowing me to have a wonderful time. The fritters in the aperitif included zucchini flowers, which I had never eaten in Japan, but I really liked them. The carbonara had the perfect pasta texture and the chewiness of the guanciale, with a rich sauce that coated everything beautifully. I truly enjoyed authentic carbonara and felt pleasantly tipsy, so thank you very much.
