Attracted by the signboard, I stopped by, and the interior was clean with a counter and tatami seating, creating a calm atmosphere. In front of me, fish and crabs were swimming in the aquarium and live tank, and it was exciting to see them being taken out. The blue crab was impressively large, and both the meat and flavor were very satisfying. The miso soup with the crab was rich in umami and had a mellow taste, allowing me to enjoy the miso inside the shell as well. The crab rice, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and squid shumai were all prepared with care, making them irresistibly delicious. There was also a parking lot available, and I felt it was a place where I could enjoy my meal in peace.
