The fat is just right, sitting on the edge, and the sweetness spreads as you chew. There are many options to choose from besides tonkatsu, and there are daily set meals that keep things interesting. The pork teppan don sizzles on a hot plate, creating a fragrant char, and the richness of the sauce pairs perfectly with the rice. Additionally, when combined with a raw egg, it becomes creamy, and the pig mascot in the restaurant is cute and soothing.
