The spacious interior has a warmth of wood, and the greenery visible from the window is pleasant. The signboard features omelette rice, and it's nice that you can choose from three types of sauce. The rice inside is pilaf, and the egg is fluffy and creamy, creating a very well-balanced dish. The service is smooth, and the meal starts with a salad of fresh spring rolls, with a nice accent from the citrus aroma and grain mustard. The hamburger has a firm texture with coarsely ground meat, and the umami spreads gently. It pairs well with the richness of the demi-glace and the freshness of the tomato, and I also enjoyed the combination of caramel and nuts in the coffee jelly served after the meal.
