The homemade noodle booth is visible from the entrance, and it makes me excited even before eating. The salt ramen becomes more punchy with the addition of garlic, making it a flavor that makes you want to drink the soup until the end. The soy sauce ramen combines the richness of pork fat with the accent of black pepper, and the texture of the straight noodles is enjoyable. The tonkotsu soup is not too heavy and is full of flavor, and the moment it mixes with the added fat is the best. There are plenty of options like set meals and Jiro-style ramen, making it easy to match preferences in a group. Thanks to the spacious parking lot and continuous business hours, it's also nice to be able to stop by casually whenever I feel like it.

When you enter the restaurant, the menu is lined up, and it's fun to decide which one to choose. I opted for the thin noodle soy sauce ramen, and I was first impressed by the deep broth infused with the flavor of pork and back fat. The crunchy green onions and cabbage combined with the kick of black pepper make it enjoyable to slurp until the very end. Adding a bit of garlic halfway through enhances the aroma and adds a punch, making it even more delicious. Thanks to the spacious parking lot and the continuous business hours, it's also a nice point that I can casually stop by whenever I like. After finishing my meal, both my stomach and heart were satisfied, and I even experienced a sense of accomplishment.

I was excited to see the homemade noodles in the open workspace. The tonkotsu broth is rich without being too heavy, and when combined with the back fat, the umami expands even further. The salt ramen with added garlic has a punchy flavor that lingers deliciously. When I mixed the mountains of vegetables with a little mayonnaise, I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The interior, centered around the counter, has a quick turnover, and I was happy that I could be seated almost immediately. The parking lot is spacious and easy to access by car, so I wanted to recommend it to my friends who love ramen.
