In a cozy space with only a counter, you can enjoy tempura in a relaxed atmosphere. The thoughtful attention, such as changing the paper every time it is fried, is delightful. The batter fried in a blend of white sesame oil and sunflower oil is light, allowing the aroma of the ingredients to be fully appreciated. The dishes, including shrimp wrapped in perilla leaves, water eggplant, and asparagus, each left a lasting impression with their deliciousness. In particular, the fragrance of the perilla leaves, the sweetness of the corn, and the fluffy melt-in-your-mouth texture of the Mehikari fish were excellent. The final tempura rice bowl topped with scallops and sakura shrimp was satisfying until the very end.
