The fried chicken on the menu is flavored with ginger soy sauce and has a crispy coating. Each piece is larger and satisfying, and it goes well with a generous salad. The cold tofu, which has a rich bean flavor, is also a nice accent. The miso soup is delicious and has a comforting taste. The miso chashu ramen has a tasty broth, and the thick chashu and vegetables are piled high, making it satisfying. The old-fashioned atmosphere is somehow calming.
