Located in front of Kikukawa Station, Ailaku-en is a Chinese restaurant known for its clean interior and attentive service. The cooking techniques are truly professional, with dishes like seafood ankake crispy rice topped with plenty of squid and juicy fried eggplant stir-fried with Sichuan pepper, each one a masterpiece. This shop is located just a short walk from Kikukawa Station, with a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to drop by. Upon entering, the interior is bright and clean, and the staff warmly welcomes you. The seafood ankake with crispy rice has plenty of squid, and the savory flavor seeps into the crispy rice, making it excellent. The hand-wrapped dumplings have a chewy skin, and the filling is rich in flavor, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The vegetable dishes, such as stir-fried pea shoots and stir-fried eggplant with Sichuan pepper, are also delicious, and the variety of textures is enjoyable. There is a wide selection of drinks, and I think it's a wonderful place where you can relax and enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine even if you're alone.
