When I made a reservation and arrived, I felt relieved to find a calm interior with a counter and sunken kotatsu seating prepared. The first thing that was brought to me was a whiteboard with the day's small dishes and their benefits carefully written on it, which made me excited. The table was lined with colorful small dishes, and there was a delightful challenge in deciding which one to reach for first. The dishes made with organic vegetables and pesticide-free rice had a unique seasoning, offering a gentle and delicious taste that seeped into my body. I was also impressed by the unusual items, such as a hot pot filled with natural mushrooms and homemade pickled plums wrapped in rice paper. By the time I finished eating, both my stomach and heart felt revitalized, and I couldn't help but smile.
