Kokochian

The interior of the restaurant is a renovated 120+ year old private house with seating and tables that can accommodate up to 25 people. The atmosphere is bright with natural light, and diners can enjoy the view of the garden while dining. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking and has parking for 8 cars.

We opened on March 21, 2012 in Kamikyunoku, Gamo Town, Aira City, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a renovated 120+ year old house, serving dishes made with local organic vegetables and homemade seasonings. Featuring a wood-fired pizza baking experience, the café is well known for its emphasis on local food culture.
