This is a restaurant that values local ingredients, and you can feel the seasons in each dish. The fish delivered from Ofunato is fragrant, and its flavor is enhanced by grilling or poaching. The vegetable soup has a strong sweetness from the ingredients, making it delicious and easy to enjoy. The colorful assortment of vegetables has a fun combination of sauces that makes you want to reach for more. The warm beef dishes and chicken stew are rich and satisfying. Even the dessert and coffee after the meal are well-prepared, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.

The dishes are all focused on local ingredients, and I was excited from the very beginning. In the first small plate, I could really taste the deliciousness of the fresh fish delivered from Ofunato and Sanriku. The vegetable potage has a rich flavor and a smooth texture. The colorful salad allows for a delightful variation in taste with several types of sauces, all of which pair well together. The main dish features perfectly cooked fish that was delivered directly, and I was enchanted by the balance of aroma and texture. Even the dessert and coffee provided a sense of satisfaction, and the flow of the course was pleasantly cohesive.
