In Hiroshima, you can enjoy the local style of okonomiyaki, which allows you to experience the local flavors. You can choose between soba and udon, and there are exciting options with mochi, green onions, and cheese. The noodles are well-seasoned, and even with a modest amount of sauce, you can feel satisfied. The finished dish is fluffy and easy to cut, which is a nice touch. The interior is decorated with many frog-themed goods, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. There are also various side dishes and small plates available, allowing you to savor them slowly along with your drinks.
