Thinly cut seared salmon seasoned with a special simmered sauce and garnished with white sesame seeds make for a very tasty bento. The fat from the salmon melts out and combines with the white rice to create an exquisite flavor with the special sweet and spicy sauce. The generous sprinkling of white sesame seeds has a wonderful texture and aroma, and goes perfectly with the cucumber pickles. Despite its compact appearance, the bento is satisfying and an excellent meal on the highway.
