The interior of the restaurant is clean, and both the counter and tables allow for a relaxed experience. The fish is very fresh, and the grilled mackerel is fragrant with a rich flavor. The sashimi of fresh octopus is firm, and the taste expands with each bite. The braised beef tendon is tender and soft, with a mild seasoning that is soothing. The selection of sake is interesting, and the Akita sake is smooth and easy to drink. The tempura of fish roe is light and crispy, and when paired with the dipping sauce, it brings happiness.
