Both the exterior and interior have great taste, and it is quiet and comfortable to spend time here. There are books on architecture available, which convey the shop's dedication. The thin noodles have a nice chewiness, slide down the throat easily, and are very delicious. The dark color of the noodles is also beautiful, and the broth is sharp with a pleasant aftertaste. The tempura pairs well with salt, the rockfish is carefully deboned and fluffy, and the shrimp is also tasty. The soba broth is thick and pleasant, and it's no surprise that it is popular enough to sometimes sell out.
