You can enjoy Yonezawa beef shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, both of which are highly satisfying. Just briefly dipping it in the pot makes it tender and it melts in your mouth. It has beautiful marbling, and the umami spreads in your mouth before you even chew. The offal is particularly delicious, fresh, and beautifully cut.
