It seems that the noodles are made in-house, and you can really feel the fresh flavor. The umami of the kelp is gentle, and the addition of wakame makes it even milder. The noodles are smooth and have a pleasant texture, with some parts having a triangular shape and varying thickness, which is fun. The shrimp tempura has a fluffy space between the batter and the shrimp, giving it a light texture while still being satisfying. The seafood rice bowl set comes with a variety of toppings on white rice, and it also includes mini udon, simmered eggplant, and pickles, which is a delightful combination. The curry udon is also popular, with a mild spiciness that makes it easy to eat.

The seafood bowl is made with white rice instead of vinegared rice, and it is satisfying with colorful toppings. I can also enjoy mini udon, simmered eggplant, and pickles, making it fun to eat. The chicken tataki is moist and tender, with a good flavor. The tempura of mentaiko chikuwa and tempura of onion and sweet potato have a light texture and a pleasant aroma. Finally, it is finished with a fragrant tea porridge made with sea bream broth. The sashimi of sea bream, beef tendon udon, and fluffy grilled yam each have their own character, and I can be satisfied with any choice.
