Matcha daifuku is wrapped in soft mochi dough, and the aroma of matcha spreads with each bite. The matcha is well mixed into the red bean paste inside, and when combined with fresh cream, it becomes very smooth. The roll cake has a choux pastry exterior, and the texture and aroma of sliced almonds are delightful. The sponge cake infused with matcha and the gently sweet cream allow you to experience the best of both Japanese and Western flavors at once. The sushi is also very delicious, with the flavor of the vinegared rice being just right, making it easy to keep eating. The chirashi sushi is beautifully garnished with eggs, oboro, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables, while the tamago maki, with its thick egg, lettuce, and crab stick, is satisfying.
