As I enter, feeling the vibrancy of the market, a nostalgic atmosphere spreads throughout the store. The unadon I ordered features tender, fragrant grilled eel that pairs perfectly with the rice. I appreciate being able to add the sauce from the table to suit my taste, allowing me to adjust the richness to my liking. Enjoying flavor variations with sansho pepper and shichimi spice kept it interesting, and I was able to finish it all without getting bored. The limited-time unameshi giga size offers an impressive volume, providing a solid stamina boost. With seafood bowls and Kanazawa oden also available, it seems fun to share different dishes with friends.
