The interior of the shop, which has been remodeled from an old house, is calm and picturesque from every angle. Since the kitchen is visible, I was excited to see the cooking process. The dessert course features many surprising combinations, such as vegetables and chocolate, with new discoveries in each dish. In particular, the burdock potage and the local beef roll cabbage had a gentle yet impressive flavor. The pork hamburger was fluffy, and the accompanying vegetables were crisp, providing a nice accent. Thanks to the seaside location and the friendly staff, the dining experience felt even more enjoyable.
