It is a shop with a traditional atmosphere, but the sashimi prepared inside is exceptionally delicious. The day's recommendations are displayed on a board, making the selection process enjoyable. I ordered medium fatty tuna, amberjack, and flounder, and the way the knife work is done is beautiful, highlighting the quality of the fish. The squid and simmered fish are also of high level, and the mackerel simmered in miso, true sole, and swordfish are perfectly seasoned. Each dish shines with freshness, and the taste is incomparable to that of sashimi from mass retailers. You can enjoy it at home with drinks, and you can feel the strength unique to a personal shop.
