It's a yakiniku restaurant, but they also have ramen and hiyashi chuka (cold Chinese noodles). The hiyashi chuka is packed with vegetables and can be enjoyed refreshingly like a salad. The sakura-yaki (sakura beef) is cooked with care by the staff, allowing you to enjoy it lightly warmed. The center is soft and close to raw, melting deliciously in your mouth. It pairs well with rice and has a wonderful aroma unique to horse meat. The crunchy texture of the upper beef tripe and the deliciousness of the horse sashimi also left a strong impression.
