It's a shop located in a slightly deep area, but once you enter, you can thoroughly enjoy grilled chicken. The cabbage served as an appetizer is refreshing, and it sets a good tone from the very first dish. The negima (chicken and green onion skewers) is tender and juicy, and the style of wrapping green onions with chicken is irresistible. The liver and gizzard are cooked to perfection, making it easy to enjoy with drinks. The tsukune (chicken meatballs) are larger and satisfying, and the sauce is delicious, with variations like plum, mentaiko (spicy cod roe), and tsukimi (with a raw egg) to enjoy. The plum crystal is also a guaranteed tasty choice, and even the chicken breast skewers are easy to eat, leaving me very satisfied.
