Gimchosangcho

Gimchosancho is a sushi restaurant located in Miyauchidou, run by a former hotel chef. They serve truly authentic sushi, with their mackerel, scallop, abalone, sweet shrimp, and sea urchin sushi being exceptional. The staff becomes increasingly friendly and helpful as time goes by. The meals are satisfying and finish within 30 minutes, so there's no need for additional orders. However, due to limited seating, reservations are recommended. Despite the staff not remembering faces, many customers keep coming back to this restaurant, as they leave fully satisfied each time.
