I was wandering around the market and got hungry, so I casually sat at the counter. The menu was lined with local specialties from Toyama Bay, such as white shrimp and crab, making it hard to choose. The white shrimp nigiri had a delightful texture and gentle sweetness, and it was truly delicious. The platter of snow crab and red crab was also packed with meat, spreading umami and bringing happiness. I also tried the nigiri with Himi beef and a soup rich in dashi, and all of them paired excellently with the rice. I think it's a wonderful place where you can enjoy the blessings of both the sea and mountains of Toyama all at once.
