The cozy interior features a counter and a raised seating area, with calming music playing that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The menu focuses on seafood, and it's delightful to enjoy local flavors as well. The sashimi is very fresh, and you can feel the craftsmanship in each dish. The rice bowls are carefully prepared, with a sweet sauce that pairs well with yam, shiso leaves, and seaweed. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and miso soup have a rich dashi flavor that brings comfort with their gentle umami. The fried dishes are made to order, and the horse meat soup was also elegantly flavored, leaving me satisfied.
