Summer ramen at a popular Niihama ramen shop 🍜! I've been waiting for a long time to try this ramen since it was recommended to me last year by one of my senpai in the office! I want to try cold ramen and enjoy it in summer 😂. For those who do, try the cold niboshi shiru ramen 🍜. Personally, I prefer the salt version, which is more light and tasty enough to eat even if you are suffering from summer fatigue 😋. If you change the taste by mixing some fishmeal into the soup, you can enjoy it twice in one bowl 👍

Summer cold ramen at Miyabiya, the most popular restaurant in Niihama! On this day, the restaurant was packed at lunchtime and there were many customers waiting to try it 😂. Last year, I had the chilled ramen with salt and it was so good that I thought I would have it again this year, but I heard from my senpai that the chilled ramen with soy sauce is delicious😋. I ordered shoyu this year 🛎✨. Of course, I ordered a medium serving 👍. I was right, the shoyu is also very good 😋! I heard they started using roasted chashu pork this year, but personally I think it's better 👍. I was so satisfied with the quality that I wish they could do cold ramen all year round 💯✨.
