Small Bakery's Curry Bread is Excellent! 2011,09 On this day, I stopped by on my way to Kawanishi to visit Gallery and Cafe Hanare! I wanted to revisit this place! I was able to visit around 11:00, but I guess my timing wasn't right. There wasn't much there (T_T). It's not a great location by any means, but if you have a car, I hope you go! I bought 3 kinds this time! Caramel Walnut Bread (I forgot the name) Walnut bread like cobbler bread caramel paste and finely crushed walnuts are sandwiched between The walnuts give it a nice texture! The walnuts add texture to the caramel paste, whereas the caramel paste alone would be monotonous. It's ingenious and delicious! cream bun This is heavy! I couldn't take a picture of the cross section as usual because of its weight... It is filled with cream! It's not smooth, but it's not so smooth... but it's plenty, and the overflowing cream is not too sweet, so it's delicious! I guess they folded it in two to hold a lot of cream. The photo is not shown here, but this is the curry bun I bought last time! It's really delicious here! I want to just take out the curry inside and put rice on it! It's on a high level! It's a small bakery, but I like it very much because of its ingenuity! I envy people in Itami! I want to go there again! 2011,04 I stopped by on my way to the new Aeon Mall on this day! I forced myself to stop by. I visited at around 4:00 p.m. I relied on the navigation system to get there. As Nyun♪♪ and Izugon-chan said, It's really a residential area and you can't find it without a navigation system... It is a small store on the first floor of an apartment building. The store is small, and I think it fills up with about 3 people. The time is 4:00 p.m. ... there are not many things left (T_T) It can't be helped~! But I got the bread I wanted to buy! Shirashita Bacon Steak Dog 189 yen They use Okinawan Agu bacon! The bacon is thick and hearty! Underneath the bacon is a potato, which gives it a nice texture! The pepper is quite strong and matches the bacon with a punch! The bread is soft French, so it's easy to eat! According to the website, the bread is baked at 8:00! Beef tenderloin black curry bun 157 yen This! Nyun♪♪ and Izugon-chan also recommended it! I wanted to buy this! I can smell the curry before I even eat it~! The top of the bread is bucket and cheese! It's a nice smell of burnt cheese... ♪ The dough is thin crust and chunky! But the dough is just as good as the word! And the curry is not beef tenderloin. It's kneaded into the curry, and I think all of this roux is beef tendon, rather than just a bunch of beef tendon. The rich, spicy curry and cheese go well together. I'm not so sure about the grilled type. But this one was really delicious! There were only two kinds left. I'm glad both of them were satisfying! Next time, I would like to go in the morning to buy other cream buns.
