Assi Bossam Kalguksu

The signature dish, garlic bossam, features tender boiled meat topped with garlic sauce for added flavor. The bossam kimchi served with fresh oysters is sweet and has an excellent umami taste. Additionally, warm cabbage doenjang soup and savory jeon are provided, allowing for a variety of flavors to be enjoyed.

The cozy interior evokes a traditional Korean atmosphere where guests take off their shoes before entering, and there are about 10 tables available. It is a space where families and friends can comfortably enjoy their meals.
