It is a small shop located on the second floor of a building, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The shopkeeper manages everything alone, and the conversation is enjoyable. The handmade soba, made with 100% buckwheat, has a rich aroma and a refreshing texture. It pairs well with the dipping sauce, and when combined with spicy radish, the flavor is greatly enhanced. The set salad and appetizers have a gentle taste, and the warm miso soup is soothing. Even the finishing soba water is delicious, providing a sense of satisfaction.
