Entering the heavy, traditional house, the scent of wood and the high ceiling create a very calming atmosphere. The garden visible from the seat evokes the changing seasons, making me excited even before the meal. The soba that was served is thin and slippery, with a pleasant texture that glides smoothly down the throat. As I gradually mix in the condiments with the light dipping sauce, the flavors change, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The crispy tempura highlights the sweetness of the vegetables, and the frying level is exquisite. The gentle sweetness of the soba crunch served after the meal is perfect for a finishing touch, leaving me feeling happy.
