As you enter the restaurant, the aroma of Chinese cuisine wafts through the air, stimulating your appetite. The interior is clean, with a stylish café-like atmosphere and lovely blackboard walls. The menu is diverse, offering ramen with a choice of soy sauce or miso, and fried rice is also available. The mapo noodles are packed with ingredients, including chives, wood ear mushrooms, and narutomaki, making for an enjoyable bowl. Additionally, the local stamina ramen comes in both hot and cold varieties, featuring a spicy yet sweet sauce with plenty of liver and cabbage, maintaining its thickness until the end. The wide, flat noodles have a firm texture and are satisfying to eat, and when paired with the lightly stir-fried fried rice, it made for a fulfilling meal.
