The thin handmade noodles have a very pleasant texture. The umami of the kombu in the broth is gentle with a nice aroma of bonito, and it is delicious even on its own. The freshly fried tempura, including shrimp, eggplant, and pumpkin, is crispy, and the mochi tempura was particularly good. The zaru udon is tightly bound and cold, providing a comfortable experience from the first bite to the last. The condiments are also delightful, and the quail egg is impressive. The handmade inari is juicy and pairs perfectly with the udon broth.
