The pancakes served at the glass-walled café in K-HALL are lighter and fluffier than I imagined. The batter is made with locally sourced rice flour and eggs, and it has a delightful melting sensation in the mouth. I chose the mixed berry topping, and I was impressed by the balance of the sweet and sour sauce combined with the cold ice cream. Although there is a bit of a wait until they are cooked, the high ceilings and open atmosphere allow for a relaxed experience. The self-service water and tea are also convenient, and the staff's smiles are warm. After the meal, I enjoyed a bear-shaped cream soda, which made me feel happy with its cute appearance and refreshing taste.
