True to its long-standing reputation as a specialty eel restaurant, the deliciousness that focuses on domestic ingredients shines through. Although it is a takeout specialty located in a department store's deli, the eel is fluffy and rich in flavor. Even the rice in the eel rice bowl is delicious, and the harmony with the sauce is excellent. The care taken from skewering to grilling is evident, and even when reheated at home, the texture remains intact. When the accompanying sauce and sansho pepper are added, the aroma is enhanced, providing even more satisfaction. The liver soup also has a refined flavor, with a strong richness from the liver, making for a delightful dining experience until the very end.
