This is a restaurant featured in the guide, and I was satisfied as expected. I was happy to be able to order a half portion of both hot and cold dishes, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors little by little. The popular kashiwa seiro has a broth that combines the umami of the chicken and the flavor of soy sauce, creating a well-balanced soup. The soba noodles are medium-thin, beautifully shaped, and easy to eat. There are triangular toppings that add a playful touch and make it fun. On the wall, it says 'There is no treasure greater than a child,' and there are many half portions available for children, which gives a sense of kindness.
