Just a short walk from Kita-Ayase Station, you are welcomed by a calm counter and sunken seating. The chef efficiently handles everything from sushi preparation to billing all by himself, which is exciting to watch. After placing your order, you wait a bit as he cuts the ingredients, but that time only heightens your anticipation. The sushi has a good balance of rice and toppings, and among them, the medium fatty tuna and scallops were particularly melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The seafood bowl is generously topped with vinegared rice and features more than ten different ingredients, making it very filling. It even comes with a bowl of soup or udon, providing a comforting taste until the very end.
