The soba crackers served first are fragrant and delicious, making it hard to stop eating. The Togakushi soba is served in small bundles, with a rich aroma, a smooth texture, and a pleasant chewiness. The thick, rustic soba provides satisfaction with every bite, and it's interesting to notice the differences in the buckwheat flour.
