This place is open late, and I love that I can stop by casually. The tender chashu and sweet onions in a spicy sauce cling to the thin noodles, allowing you to enjoy it hot until the very end. Even the half fried rice is quite filling, and adding chashu or sauce on top enhances the flavor perfectly. The mapo tofu set meal is also generous in portion, and it has a richer taste compared to typical Chinese restaurants, which is very satisfying. As I eat while sweating, the tender meat and crunchy onions create a delightful texture that becomes addictive. Although the parking is a bit tricky, it's accessible by car, making it a convenient spot after work.
