The thick-cut pork fillet cutlet is full of flavor and very tender. The coating is crispy, providing a pleasant texture with every bite. It's delightful that they make the breadcrumbs after you place your order, and the wait for the finished dish is exciting. The cool tonkatsu sauce pairs well with the cabbage, making it hard to stop eating. The pickles served as a side are also flavorful, and the tanginess of the ketchup on the pork chop combined with the tender meat is quite impressive. The atmosphere is calming with counter and tatami seating, giving a sense of being cherished for a long time.
