The first time I had Muroran yakitori, it was very delicious! The power of the exhaust fan, which sucked in so much smoke, was amazing, but seeing that the inside of the exhaust hood was polished and well-maintained made me feel the care put into it. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

Anyway, the yakitori is delicious. The pork and chicken are both large and tender, and the sauce was also tasty. One slight disappointment was that, perhaps because it was full, the simple menu I ordered that didn't require cooking took 30 minutes to arrive. I finally lost my patience and asked about it, and it came shortly after. Other customers behind me were also asking the staff about their orders that hadn't arrived yet. I think if the restaurant could manage a bit better, such things wouldn't happen. But it was really delicious, so I will go again.

I had visited the restaurant several years ago and enjoyed the food so much that I wanted to try it again, so I drove three hours to get there. When my order did not arrive, I checked with the staff and was told that the item I had ordered had not been ordered due to a mistake by the staff, and that the item I wanted had also been sold out because the staff had mistakenly served it to another customer. I understand that they are busy, and the mistake may have been unavoidable. However, I spent 3 hours looking forward to coming here, and this is the response I received. I am very disappointed.
