The interior, which consists only of a counter, has a pleasant sense of openness, making it easy to enter even alone. Once seated, I was served cold barley tea, which was refreshing. The tempura was delivered little by little as it was fried right in front of me, and the batter was crispy and fragrant, which was the best. I was particularly impressed by the tenderness of the squid and the bounciness of the shrimp, and the sweetness of the pumpkin made me smile. The side dishes of ume enoki mushrooms and pickles could be enjoyed as much as I liked, which made the beer go down easily. Three types of salt and tempura dipping sauce were provided, and I could have as much rice as I wanted, so I was able to enjoy my meal with my favorite flavors until the end.
