★★★☆☆☆ [3.9 Niboshi Chuka-soba Yamagataya @Takenotsuka 3.66 on the food log As a resident of Adachi-ku, I visited a ramen shop I've always been curious about: 🚶🏻 It is Yamagataya in Takenotsuka! As the name suggests, the owner is from Yamagata Prefecture and makes Chinese noodles 🍜✨The light and gentle niboshi soup goes well with the frizzy thick noodles 😋I'm in love with the taste that I would never get tired of even if I ate it everyday... It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to my house, so I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

As the name suggests, the owner is from Yamagata Prefecture and makes Chinese noodles 🍜✨The light and gentle niboshi soup goes well with the frizzy thick noodles 😋I'm in love with the taste that I would never get tired of even if I ate it everyday... ★★★★☆ [4.0] Niboshi Chuka-soba Yamagataya @Takenotsuka 3.66 on the food log I visited this restaurant at last year's Tsukemen Haku and was curious about it for a long time. 🚶🏻 As the name suggests, the owner is from Yamagata Prefecture, and he makes a very careful Chinese noodles 🍜✨The light and gentle niboshi soup goes well with the frizzy, curly noodles 😋. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to my hometown, so I'd like to keep going back for more delicious ramen.
