Green onion cutlet lunch. You can choose the amount of rice & coffee or ice cream after the meal. The middle rice dish is a full bowl of rice (^o^) and is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Toyama Prefecture. Crispy battered pork cutlet topped with sour and spicy sauce and tartar. Students will be very happy with this dish. Dessert is ice cream with vanilla beans. It's filling. I am so happy to be able to eat white rice to my heart's content. For my last meal, I definitely want to have white rice cooked a little hard, miso soup (red or combined miso), and hot tea (Kaga-bocha). LOL!
