The katsudon features thick slices of pork cutlet simmered in a gently sweet broth with egg, and the aroma of shiitake mushrooms is delightful. The sauce is plentiful, making it easy to enjoy with rice. The small side dishes of kinpira, soup, and pickles are well-prepared and comforting in flavor. After the meal, there is coffee service, and it's also enjoyable to look at the menu of side dishes displayed on the whiteboard.
