This is a store located in the basement of Takamatsu Mitsukoshi, offering side dishes and bento boxes. The seasonal kaiseki meal is carefully prepared with each dish served promptly, which is delightful. In addition to vinegared dishes, clear soup, and rice, you can enjoy a well-balanced selection of sashimi and tempura. The sashimi includes trout, squid, shrimp, and octopus, while the tempura is light and crispy, perfectly complemented by matcha salt. The crab dumpling wrapped in yuba and the deep-fried sesame tofu with sauce are also favorites of mine, both for their aroma and texture. The side dishes, such as rolled omelet, dried sardines, red and white pickled vegetables, datemaki, and black soybeans, are elegant and very delicious.
