Upon entering the store, I feel excited to see American goods lined up in a traditional Japanese setting. The deep counter and newly created table seats are comfortable, allowing me to spend time leisurely with friends. The signature sauce katsu rice, with its flat cutlet and sweet sauce coating the rice, is a taste that brings a smile to my face. The handmade daily special set meal is also generous in portion, with small side dishes and soup made with care. The owner's friendly service is pleasant, and I appreciate the thoughtful gesture of asking, 'Is your rice enough?' The time spent enjoying delicious food while listening to music from the West Coast of America is so enjoyable that I want to remember it again and again.
