I was able to slowly enjoy persimmon leaf sushi. The mackerel has a firm texture, and the moderate acidity spreads pleasantly, making it very delicious. The salmon has a soft mouthfeel, and the way it melts in the mouth is comforting. The sea bream is light and helps to balance the flavors smoothly. The shiitake mushrooms have a gentle sweetness and umami that brings a sense of comfort. The staff at the restaurant were friendly, and I was able to spend my time comfortably.
