The soup is made with apples and sweet potatoes, offering a gentle sweetness. For the fish menu, enjoy the herb-grilled red flounder, which is quickly seared on the surface and then finished in the oven, enhancing its aroma and keeping the flesh moist. The dessert, a chocolate terrine, is smooth and rich. On another day, I had a dish of chicken thigh, which is crispy with mustard and breadcrumbs and has a slight spiciness. There are also assorted hors d'oeuvres and US sirloin steak, which pairs well with a sauce called Café de Paris. The background music in the restaurant is by The Carpenters, creating a calm atmosphere.
