The dashi broth is outstanding, and both soba and donburi dishes are naturally more appetizing. The Ita-soba, with its wide range of noodles, and the Nabeyaki-soba, each with its own unique flavor, are enjoyable. The ita soba donburi, in particular, is a soft combination of the aroma of shellfish and the flavor of cheese, which goes perfectly with the rice and tempura. The tempura bowl is also impressive and satisfying, with a small bowl of rice topped with shrimp. The eel in the eel bowl has a soft texture, and the soba noodles with grated yam go perfectly with the rich broth. We were also pleased to have the tenkasu on the side, and enjoyed every dish.
